Teaching Methodology

Our methodology is practical and is based on the analysis of actual cases allowing the participant to obtain an appropriate balance of theory and practice, thereby facilitating learning and performance.

 

Workshops

This course includes supporting materials and interactive workshops that help students achieve the learning objectives. The students must purchase the standards at www.iso.ch prior to attending the course.

 

Duration

This course is 8 hours in duration and is normally delivered in one business day. The ISO Fundamentals Course for one of the management system standards must be taken as a prerequisite.

 

Certificate of successful completion

Complete the 8-hour “Fundamentals of ISO SPECIFIC STANDARD prior to attending the 1-day Documentation and Implementation workshop portion which should be passed successfully.
