Our mission is to provide a full range of accredited certification services to recognized industry standards such as ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management Systems.

Impartiality

QSI understands that certifying conformance of our clients’ management system to the relevant standard is key to their success in achieving business objectives.

In order to provide confidence to the public and to relevant stakeholders, QSI follows the principles defined in ISO/IEC 17021 to ensure the impartiality of its management, staff and boards.

In support of these principles, for close to 10 years QSI has been a pioneer in employing innovative tools such as FMEA in order to safeguard impartiality.  In order to avoid conflicts of interest, these safeguards are also complemented by the appointment of independent boards that oversee the operations as well as key certification related decisions.




Certifying your Organization's Management System

When requesting quotations, please provide the following information:

(1) The standard or standards the organization wishes to be certified under. 

(2) The complete address of each of the locations or sites to be certified

(3) The Product or Service Line that will be covered under the scope of the Certificate

(4) The number of employees per site that are dedicated to the scope stated in (3) 

(5) The type of industry including the product or service provided by your organization 

(6) The name and contact information for the Management Representative directly in charge of the management system.

(7) State whether it would be a new Certification or Recertification.

(8) Approximate date for the Stage 1 Audit (Pre-Assessment)

(9) Approximate date for the Stage 2 Audit (Certification Audit)

(10) The accreditation or accreditations preferred.

Quotations are normally issued within 48-72 hours.
